Straightening Out The Record For Debra

Once in a while I check out what is happening on the news groups. In this case I have to apologize for not getting to this little gem sooner. An item, posted by one Debra Hartman, dates back to July of 2000. It seems apparent there are some "researchers" who get worked up over the most trivial of events.

Here is the quote:

"Perry wasn't doing much "insurance investigating." Why don't you ask him when he did his last "insurance investigation?"

"Oh, I almost forgot. One fellow "classmate" recalls Perry handing out cards that read, "tips on Tippit". He never got around to giving any."

Debra my e-mail address is posted on my web site. Rather than asking friends this type of question why didn't you just write me directly? Maybe it's just that private correspondence doesn't suit your fatuous agenda.

"Perry wasn't doing much "insurance investigating." Why don't you ask him when he did his last "insurance investigation?"

Actually you are partially correct. My background is primarily in the area of Workers Compensation and up until my retirement in 1996 I held a valid Texas all lines adjuster's license. Since retirement I decided I no longer needed the license and let it expire. My last investigation was completed on December 9, 1996. In actuality it was not one but a group of automobile property/causality and automobile salvage insurance claims in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I handled the cases for Key Adjustment Service.

"Oh, I almost forgot. One fellow "classmate" recalls Perry handing out cards that read, "tips on Tippit". He ever got around to giving any."

Debra I too love the use of sarcasm. I presume you are referring to the Marrs' classes at UT Arlington. I don't know who my "classmate" is but it's apparent either the person can't read the card he or she received from me or has lost it. You should also understand that a small minority of my "classmates" had little investigative skills or deductive ability. At any rate, in an effort to clear this up you need only look at a picture of the card shown below. I wasn't giving out tips but seeking them.

If you have other questions please feel free to e-mail me. I will try my best to answer them for you.
